Study of the Efficacy and Safety of Inhaled Treprostinil in Subjects With Progressive Pulmonary Fibrosis (TETON-PPF)
This study looks at an inhaled medicine called treprostinil for people with progressive pulmonary fibrosis. It aims to see if it's safe and effective in slowing down this lung condition over 52 weeks. Half get the medicine, half get a dummy treatment.

Extension Study of Inhaled Treprostinil in Subjects With Fibrotic Lung Disease
This study looks at the long-term effects of an inhaled medicine called treprostinil for people with certain lung scarring conditions like Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis. It follows people who've already been part of similar studies to see how safe and helpful the treatment is over time.
