Treatment Intensification With Temozolomide in Adults With a Glioblastoma

This study compares two ways to give chemotherapy (temozolomide) to adults with a type of brain tumour called glioblastoma. One way is the standard treatment, and the other is a more intense plan, given earlier and for longer, to see if it works better.
