Randomized Controlled Trial of Early Intensive Leg Exercise to Improve Walking in Children With Diplegia

This study looks at whether strong leg exercises can help young children with a type of cerebral palsy called spastic diplegia to walk better. Children will do these exercises or receive standard care, and researchers will see if it helps them move more easily.
