A blended app and coach support programme to improve brain health

This study looks at a special app and coach support to help people manage things that can increase their risk of dementia, like blood pressure or lifestyle habits. It's for people aged 60-80 with several of these risk factors, especially those from ethnic minority or lower-income backgrounds.
