A Phase II Multi-Arm (basket) Trial Investigating the Safety and Efficacy of IO102-IO103 in Combination with Pembrolizumab, as First-line Treatment for Patients with Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC), Squamous Cell Carcinoma of Head and Neck (SCCHN), or Metastatic Urothelial Bladder Cancer (mUBC)
This study is looking at a new treatment combination for certain advanced cancers, including lung, head and neck, and bladder cancer. Researchers want to see if combining two new drugs with an existing one, Pembrolizumab, can help shrink tumours and is safe for patients.

Phase II, multi‑cohort trial of neoadjuvant and post‑surgery IO102‑IO103 and pembrolizumab in patients with selected resectable tumors
This study is looking at a new treatment before and after surgery for certain skin cancers and head and neck cancers. It combines two new drugs (IO102-IO103) with an existing cancer drug (Keytruda) to see how effectively they shrink tumors and improve patient outcomes.
