Pre-operative Nivolumab and Ipilimumab, Followed by Post-operative Nivolumab, for MSI/dMMR Oeso-gastric Adenocarcinoma.
This study is testing two new immunotherapy drugs, nivolumab and ipilimumab, before surgery for a specific type of stomach or gullet cancer. We want to see if this treatment can reduce the cancer significantly before the operation.

iRECIST Evaluation's Relevance for DCR in MMR/MSI Metastatic Colorectal Cancer Patients on Nivolumab and Ipilimumab
This study looks at how well a combination of two drugs, nivolumab and ipilimumab, works for people with advanced bowel cancer that has spread. It wants to find the best ways to measure if the treatment is shrinking the cancer using scans.
