A Study of Amivantamab and mFOLFOX6 or FOLFIRI Versus Cetuximab and mFOLFOX6 or FOLFIRI as First-line Treatment in Participants With KRAS/NRAS and BRAF Wild-type Unresectable or Metastatic Left-sided Colorectal Cancer
This study compares two treatments for advanced left-sided bowel cancer that hasn't spread. It looks at how long people stay disease-free when given a new drug called amivantamab with chemotherapy, versus a standard drug called cetuximab with chemotherapy.

Combination Chemotherapy With or Without Temsirolimus in Treating Patients With Intermediate Risk Rhabdomyosarcoma
This study looks at new ways to treat a type of cancer called rhabdomyosarcoma. It compares standard chemotherapy with chemotherapy plus a drug called temsirolimus, for patients whose cancer has an average chance of coming back. Researchers want to see if adding temsirolimus helps more.

Irinotecan Hydrochloride, Temozolomide, and Dinutuximab With or Without Eflornithine in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Neuroblastoma
This study looks at new ways to treat neuroblastoma that has come back or isn't responding to usual treatments. It tests if adding a drug called eflornithine to other medicines helps children with this type of cancer.
