A Study of Ifinatamab Deruxtecan in Subjects With Pretreated Advanced or Metastatic Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma (ESCC) (IDeate-Esophageal01)

This study looks at a new drug, ifinatamab deruxtecan, for people with advanced oesophageal cancer that has already been treated. We want to see if it works better and is safer than standard chemotherapy for patients whose cancer has grown after previous treatments.
