This study is testing a new medicine called Itacitinib for adults with a non-severe form of a rare immune condition called HLH. Researchers want to see if it improves symptoms within 15 days, helping to calm down the overactive immune system.

A Rollover Study to Provide Continued Treatment for Participants Previously Enrolled in Studies of Itacitinib
This study is for people already taking the drug itacitinib in other Incyte studies. It allows them to continue getting the treatment if it's helping and they are tolerating it well. It's for conditions like myelofibrosis, lung transplant problems, and chronic graft-versus-host disease.
