SCLERITA - Safety and efficacy of itacitinib in adults with systemic sclerosis: a phase II, randomized, controlled trial

This study, called SCLERITA, is testing a new medicine called itacitinib for adults with a condition called systemic sclerosis (scleroderma). We want to see if it's safe and helps improve the skin and overall health after about a year, compared to a dummy pill.
