This study is testing a new medicine, itepekimab, for people with bronchiectasis. It aims to see if the medicine can reduce flare-ups of their condition and if it's safe to use. Half the people will get the new medicine, and half will get a dummy medicine.

This clinical trial is testing a new medicine called itepekimab for adults with ongoing sinus swelling that has not cleared up with standard treatments. Researchers want to find out if the medicine can safely reduce inflammation inside the sinuses, clear blockages seen on CT scans, and relieve everyday nasal symptoms.

A double-blinded extension study to evaluate the long-term safety and tolerability of itepekimab in adult participants with inadequately controlled chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) who participated in either EFC18418 or EFC18419 clinical studies
This study is looking at the long-term safety of a new medicine, itepekimab, for adults with nose polyps and ongoing sinus problems. It's for people who were in earlier trials and helps us understand if the treatment is safe over time.
