Ivosidenib (IVO) Monotherapy and Azacitidine (AZA) Monotherapy in Patients With Hypomethylating Agent (HMA) Naive Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS) With an IDH1 Mutation
This study looks at two medicines, ivosidenib and azacitidine, for a blood condition called myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS). It's for people with a specific gene change (IDH1 mutation) who haven't had certain treatments before. The aim is to see which medicine works best.

Ivosidenib Plus Durvalumab and Gemcitabine/Cisplatin as First-Line Therapy in Participants With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Cholangiocarcinoma With an IDH1 Mutation

Phase II Study Evaluating Ivosidenib Maintenance After SOC Adjuvant Chemotherapy in Curative mIDH1 Cholangiocarcinoma
This study is looking at a drug called ivosidenib for people with a type of bile duct cancer (cholangiocarcinoma) that has a specific gene change (IDH1 mutation). It aims to see if taking ivosidenib after standard chemotherapy and surgery can stop the cancer from coming back.
