A study of bleximenib, venetoclax and azacitidine for treatment of participants with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (cAMeLot-2)

This study looks at a new drug, bleximenib, combined with existing treatments (Venetoclax and Azacitidine) for newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukaemia (AML). It aims to see if this combination works better for patients not able to have strong chemotherapy, specifically those with certain genetic changes in their AML.
