A Study of JNJ-78278343 in Combination With JNJ-95298177 for Treatment of Prostate Cancer
This study is looking at two new medicines, JNJ-78278343 and JNJ-95298177, to treat prostate cancer that has spread and is no longer responding to usual hormone treatments. We want to find the best dose and see how safe and effective this combination is.

This study is testing a new drug called pasritamig for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and isn't responding to hormone therapy. It aims to see if pasritamig, along with usual care, helps men live longer compared to a dummy drug.
