A Study of JNJ-78934804 in Participants With Moderately to Severely Active Ulcerative Colitis
This study is testing a new medicine (JNJ-78934804) for people with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis, a bowel condition. We want to see how well it works and if it's safe, compared to an existing medicine (guselkumab), over 48 weeks. It's an important step in finding better treatments.
