K-808 (Dose A) clinical trials

Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of K-808 (Pemafibrate) in Participants With Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC) With Inadequate Response to Ursodeoxycholic Acid (UDCA) and/or Obeticholic Acid (OCA) Treatment.

This study is testing a new medicine, K-808, for people with a liver condition called Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC). We want to see if K-808 is safe and helps improve the condition for those who haven't fully responded to current treatments.
