A Study of KarXT + KarX-EC for Treatment of Irritability in Children and Adolescents With Autism Spectrum Disorder

This study is looking at a new medication called KarXT combined with KarX-EC to help children and teenagers with autism who experience a lot of irritability. The aim is to see if this combination can make them feel less irritable.
