European Larynx Organ Preservation Study (ELOS) [MK-3475-C44]
This study looks at treating advanced throat cancer (larynx or hypopharynx) with chemotherapy and radiation, adding a new drug, Pembrolizumab (Keytruda®). It aims to see if this new treatment can help patients keep their larynx and live longer, healthier lives.

Nous-209 Genetic Vaccine for the Treatment of Microsatellite Unstable Solid Tumors
This study is testing a new ‘genetic vaccine’ alongside an existing cancer drug (Keytruda®) for adults with certain advanced cancers. It aims to see if the combination is safe, how the body reacts to it, and if it helps shrink tumours.

A Study to Compare the Efficacy, Safety, Pharmacokinetics, and Immunogenicity Between SB27 and Keytruda in Subjects With Metastatic Non-squamous Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
This study compares a new drug, SB27, with an existing one, Keytruda, for advanced lung cancer. Both are given with chemotherapy. Researchers want to see if SB27 works as well as Keytruda for patients with non-small cell lung cancer that has spread.
