KIN-2787 and binimetinib clinical trials

A Study to Evaluate KIN-2787 in Participants With BRAF and/or NRAS Mutation Positive Solid Tumors

This study is testing a new medicine, KIN-2787, alone or with another drug, binimetinib, for adults with certain advanced cancers. It aims to see how safe the drug is, if it works, and how the body handles it. It's for people whose cancer has specific genetic changes (BRAF/NRAS mutations).
