Phase 1/2 Study of IMC-R117C in Selected Advanced Cancers

This study is testing a new drug, IMC-R117C, for advanced cancers like bowel, stomach, or ovarian cancer. It's for people whose cancer has a specific marker (HLA-A*02:01) and an adult protein called PIWIL1. Researchers want to see if it's safe and effective, alone or with other treatments.
