Study of the Kono-S Anastomosis Versus the Side-to-side Functional End Anastomosis

This study compares two surgical methods, Kono-S and side-to-side, for treating Crohn's disease in the gut. The aim is to see which method is better at preventing the disease from coming back after surgery and improving long-term health for patients.
