Randomized Interval Assessment Trial of Lu177-Dotatate in Slowly Progressive G1-2 Advanced Midgut Neuroendocrine Tumors

This study looks at treating advanced gut neuroendocrine tumours (NETs) with a medicine called 177Lu-Dotatate. It compares giving the medicine every 8 weeks versus every 16 weeks to see if less frequent doses cause fewer side effects while still working well.
