Minimally Invasive Surgery After Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy for the Treatment of Stage IIIC-IV Ovarian, Primary Peritoneal, or Fallopian Tube Cancer, LANCE Trial
This study compares keyhole surgery (minimally invasive surgery) with traditional open surgery (laparotomy) for advanced ovarian cancer. It's for women who've already had chemotherapy. The aim is to see if keyhole surgery is as good or better for recovery and quality of life.

Efficacy and Safety of Intravenous Lidocaine Versus Placebo in Patients Receiving Morphine-rachi Analgesia
This study looks at using a common painkiller called lidocaine, given through a drip, alongside standard spinal pain relief (morphine) during major tummy surgery. We want to see if lidocaine helps reduce the amount of morphine needed for pain relief in the two days after surgery.

Influence of Analgesic Technique on Post Operative Rehabilitation After Median Laparotomy
This study compares two ways to manage pain after major tummy surgery (laparotomy). Researchers are looking at how well an epidural works compared to a newer method called a rectus sheath block, to help patients recover faster and more comfortably.
