(20289) A Phase 2 Basket Study of the Oral TRK Inhibitor larotrectinib in Subjects with NTRK Fusion-Positive Tumors

This study is testing a new medicine, larotrectinib, for adult patients with certain types of cancer that have a specific genetic change called an 'NTRK fusion'. Doctors want to see how well the medicine shrinks these tumours and if it's safe.
