Letermovir-based Dual Therapy for Treatment of Cytomegalovirus Infections

This study is testing if a drug called letermovir, when given with another drug called valganciclovir, works better for kidney transplant patients with CMV infection. We want to see if this combination helps more and reduces the risk of drug resistance.
