A Study for Subjects With Prostate Cancer Who Previously Participated in an Enzalutamide Clinical Study
This study is for men with prostate cancer who are already taking enzalutamide as part of another research study. It aims to gather more information on the long-term safety of enzalutamide when it's helping them. Participants will continue their current treatment and have regular check-ups.

Management of Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer with Oligometastases
This study looks at a new way to treat advanced prostate cancer that has spread to a few places. It tests if adding special radiation (SBRT) to standard hormone therapy can delay the cancer from getting worse and put off other treatments.
