This study looks at a medicine called enzalutamide for men with prostate cancer that hasn't spread but is high-risk. It aims to see if adding enzalutamide to standard hormone therapy and radiation helps prevent the cancer from coming back.

A Study of Adding Apalutamide to Radiotherapy and LHRH Agonist in High-Risk Patients With Hormone-Sensitive Prostate Cancer
This study is looking at whether adding a drug called apalutamide to standard prostate cancer treatments (radiotherapy and hormone therapy) helps men with high-risk prostate cancer live longer without their cancer spreading. It compares the new combination to the standard treatment alone.
