SePkLin Study: Pragmatic, Multicenter, Randomized, Controlled Clinical Trial in Patients with Sepsis to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of Personalized Pk/Pd Dosing Versus Standard Dosing of LINezolid.

This study looks at treating sepsis (a serious infection) with antibiotics. It compares giving a standard dose of the antibiotic linezolid with giving a personalised dose to see which is safer and works better, especially in preventing low platelet counts.
