Study on the Efficacy of Treatment by Radiotherapy and Pembrolizumab in Newly Diagnosed Metastatic Head & Neck Cancers

This study looks at new ways to treat advanced head and neck cancer. It combines radiotherapy and a drug called pembrolizumab, sometimes with chemotherapy, to see if it works better than standard treatments for newly diagnosed patients.
