RIVAroxaban Versus Low-molecular Weight Heparin in Patients With Lower Limb Trauma Requiring Brace or CASTing

This study compares two medicines, rivaroxaban and LMWH, for preventing blood clots in people with leg injuries needing a cast or brace. It aims to see if rivaroxaban is as good as, and easier to use than, LMWH for those at higher risk of clots.
