Evaluation of a smartphone app to support low mood and worry in female armed forces veterans in Great Britain

This study looks at a smartphone app to help female UK military veterans with low mood and worry. It's online and checks if a larger study might work. Participants use the app daily for six weeks, with some getting the special app and others a simple meditation app.
