Hospital-Based Cluster Trial: Magnetically Controlled Growing Rods Using Distraction Intervals

This study looks at how often adjustments to special growing rods (called MAGEC® rods) affect spinal growth in children aged 5-9 with severe scoliosis. We're comparing adjusting them every 6 weeks versus every 16 weeks over three years.
