Treating People With Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis With the Addition of Lansoprazole
This study looks at whether a stomach acid medicine, lansoprazole, can help people with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF). IPF causes lung scarring, and stomach acid reflux might make it worse. We want to see if this medicine can slow down IPF progression and help patients feel better.
