Matching Placebo for selinexor clinical trials

Selinexor in Maintenance Therapy After Systemic Therapy for Participants With p53 Wild-Type, Advanced or Recurrent Endometrial Carcinoma

This study looks at a medicine called selinexor for people with advanced or recurring womb cancer (endometrial carcinoma). It's for patients whose cancer responded well to previous platinum-based treatment, to see if selinexor can help keep the cancer from coming back.
