A Phase 1/2a Randomized, Double-Blind Placebo-controlled Study of Intra-articular Allocetra in Knee Osteoarthritis

This study is looking at a new treatment called Allocetra for knee osteoarthritis. We want to see how safe it is and if it helps reduce knee pain and improve daily activities for people with this condition.
