A Study of Mavorixafor in Participants With Congenital and Acquired Primary Autoimmune and Idiopathic Chronic Neutropenic Disorders Who Are Experiencing Recurrent and/or Serious Infections
This study looks at a new medicine called Mavorixafor for people with a blood condition called neutropenia. It aims to see if the drug can help reduce infections and increase white blood cells called neutrophils, which fight infections.

Efficacy and Safety Study of Mavorixafor in Participants With Warts, Hypogammaglobulinemia, Infections, and Myelokathexis (WHIM) Syndrome
This study is testing a new medicine, mavorixafor, for people with WHIM syndrome. It aims to see if the medicine can increase important white blood cells and if it's safe. Some people will get the active medicine, and others will get a dummy medicine (placebo).
