D,L-MEthadone and mFOLFOX6 in Treatment of Advanced Colorectal Cancer

This study is testing a new combination of treatments, D,L-methadone and standard chemotherapy (mFOLFOX6), for advanced bowel cancer that hasn't responded well to previous treatments. It aims to find the right dose and see if this new combination helps control the cancer better than chemotherapy alone.
