Efficacy of cell therapy with allo-MSCs in patients with gvhd resistant to ruxolitinib second line therapy: a Phase IIB Clinical Trial - MSC-GRR2 Study
This study is testing a new cell therapy (MC0518) for people with a serious problem called GVHD, which hasn't responded to usual treatments like ruxolitinib and steroids. We want to see if this new treatment helps improve their condition within 28 days.

Trial of Efficacy and Safety of MC0518 Versus Best Available Therapy in Participants With Steroid-Refractory Acute Graft Versus Host Disease
This study is looking at a new treatment called MC0518 for children and young people with a serious condition called 'steroid-refractory acute graft-versus-host disease' (SR-aGvHD). It compares MC0518 to standard treatments to see if it works better.
