Kinematic and Mechanical Alignment Randomized Trial

This study compares two ways to do knee replacement surgery for arthritis: standard 'mechanical alignment' and a more personalised 'restricted kinematic alignment'. We want to see which method leads to better natural feel and movement using robotic help for precise surgery.
