TENACITY – A Phase III, prospective, randomized, open-label, blinded endpoint assessment (PROBE) to assess efficacy and safety of i.v. tenecteplase vs standard of care in patients with acute ischemic stroke (including wake-up stroke), last known well >4.5 h with imaging evidence of salvageable ischemic tissue
This study is looking at a new way to treat people who have had a stroke caused by a blood clot. It compares a drug called tenecteplase with the usual care, especially for those treated later or who wake up with stroke symptoms.

“Intravenous Thrombolysis With Tenecteplase Plus Thrombectomy Versus Thrombectomy Alone In Patients With A Large Ischemic Stroke: A Multicentre Randomized Controlled Trial” THE IVT ALL IN TRIAL
This study is looking at a new way to treat a serious type of stroke caused by a large blood clot. It compares giving a clot-busting medicine called Tenecteplase before removing the clot, versus just removing the clot. The main goal is to see if combination treatment helps more people recover better after 3 months.
