A Study in Advanced or Metastatic Gastrointestinal Cancers Exploring Treatment Combinations With Pelareorep and Atezolizumab

This study is testing new combinations of drugs for advanced stomach and bowel cancers, including anal and pancreatic cancers. We want to see if these treatments are safe and if they help shrink tumors or stop them from growing. It involves several groups, some trying new drug combinations.
