Testing Mitazalimab in Combination With Standard Chemotherapy in Immunotherapy Resistant Advanced Biliary Tract Cancers

This study is testing if adding a drug called Mitazalimab to standard chemotherapy (mFOLFOX) works better for advanced bile duct cancer. It also looks at the safety of this new combination treatment.
