Clinical Trial of Inhaled Molgramostim Nebulizer Solution in Autoimmune Pulmonary Alveolar Proteinosis (aPAP)
This study looks at a new inhaled medicine, molgramostim, for a rare lung condition called autoimmune pulmonary alveolar proteinosis (aPAP). We want to see if it helps patients better than a dummy treatment. After 48 weeks, everyone gets the active medicine.

Inhaled Molgramostim in Pediatric Participants With Autoimmune Pulmonary Alveolar Proteinosis (aPAP).
This study is looking at a new inhaled medicine called molgramostim for children aged 6-18 with a rare lung condition called autoimmune pulmonary alveolar proteinosis (aPAP). We want to see if it helps their breathing and is safe to use.
