Prospective analysis of the therapeutic efficacy of iron isomaltoside in combination with or without dopaminergic therapy in patients with restless legs syndrome

This study is looking at how well a special iron treatment, called iron isomaltoside, works for people with restless legs syndrome (RLS). We want to see if it helps reduce RLS symptoms, either alone or when added to existing restless legs medication.
