Intravenous Ketorolac Vs. Morphine In Children With Acute Abdominal Pain
This study compares two pain medicines, ketorolac and morphine, for children aged 6-17 with belly pain from possible appendicitis. We want to see if ketorolac works just as well as morphine, but with fewer side effects. Both medicines are given through a drip in the arm.

MetAddon: Methadone as co-analgesic for patients with metastatic bone pain: a double-blind randomized controlled trial
This study is looking at how well a medicine called methadone works alongside usual pain relief for people with cancer pain that has spread to their bones. It compares methadone with morphine to see which is better at reducing pain.
