Skeletal Muscle Adaptations to Peptide-Supplemented Resistance Exercise Training

This study looks at whether a special daily supplement, combined with weight training, can help people aged 18-35 build more muscle and get stronger. We want to see if this supplement works better than a dummy pill (placebo).
