Reducing Respiratory Symptoms of Pulmonary Irradiation in Interstitial Lung Disease

This study looks at new ways to help people with lung cancer and a lung condition called Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD) who are having radiotherapy. It tests if two medicines, NAC and a short course of steroids, can reduce breathing problems after treatment.
