AcTIVE - ACid tranexamic or Terlipressin for Initial emergency treatment of mild to seVere hEmoptysis: a randomized Trial

This study is looking at new ways to treat people who cough up blood, called hemoptysis. Researchers are testing two medicines, tranexamic acid and terlipressin, against a salt water solution to see which one works best to stop the bleeding and help patients recover without needing other procedures.
