Rotator Cuff Repair Under Isolated Loco-regional Anesthesia

This study looks at shoulder surgery for a common problem called a rotator cuff tear. We're comparing two ways to give pain relief during surgery: local numbing medicine only, or local numbing medicine combined with general anaesthesia (being fully asleep). We want to see how blood pressure is affected by these different methods.
