Natural History and Longitudinal Clinical Assessments in NCL / Batten Disease, the International DEM-CHILD Database
This study looks at how Batten disease (NCL) naturally progresses over time. Researchers collect information from patient records and check-ups to understand the condition better and help develop new treatments. It's for all types of Batten disease.

A Natural History Study to TRACK Brain and Spinal Cord Changes in Individuals with Friedreich Ataxia (TRACK-FA)
This study, called TRACK-FA, is looking at how Friedreich Ataxia (FA) affects the brain and spinal cord over two years. Researchers will use special scans and other tests to track changes in people with FA and compare them to healthy volunteers. This helps prepare for new FA treatments.
